When making a purchase from ecofromthepast.com, the customer also agrees to the general terms. With the acceptance of our general Terms & Conditions, the customer agrees to the terms in full, acknowledges having received all relevant information, and agrees to the handling of personal data and cookies according to the Privacy Policy.

A purchase agreement is entered into when Eco From The Past confirms the order by sending an order confirmation via email. The order confirmation is sent to the email address specified by the customer when placing the order. The order confirmation should be saved for any contact with Eco From The Past.

Eco From The Past reserves the right to make price changes, final sales and possible factual errors stated on our site or in our ads. Factual errors can refer to, but are not limited to, possible price errors, product descriptions, and incorrect stock balance.

Eco From The Pastreserves the right to – at any time - change the General Terms & Conditions, prices, assortment, descriptions, and images on the website.

WARRANTY

Eco From The Past applies the Swedish law on consumers’ right and offers a warranty period of two years from the date of delivery. The warranty covers only defects existing at the time of delivery and does not cover defects or damage caused by the Customer or by any other circumstance which Eco From The Pastis not responsible for.
 
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall Eco From The Pastbe responsible for any indirect or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of its obligations hereunder.

DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection therewith shall be governed by Swedish law.

FORCE MAJEURE

Eco From The Pastshall not be held liable for breach of the conditions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to explosions, fire, lightning strikes, severe weather, war, flood, or labor conflict (regardless of whether or not it involves our employees).
