We offer free shipping within Europe. As a customer you will be informed by the transport carrier about delivery day and time. You will also be provided with a tracking ID so you can follow your order during delivery.

Eco From The Past is responsible for any damage or lost goods during transport to the customer. The customer is responsible for the goods in case of a return.
Tracking your delivery
You will be able to follow your order during delivery using your tracking-ID. In case of home delivery, the transport carrier will contact you 1-3 working days before delivery to schedule a time frame for delivery.
If you want to return a purchased item, Eco From The Past has to be notified before the return deadline has expired. When doing so you need to include name, address, order number and other information you find relevant.

A product from Eco From The Past can be returned within 14 days of delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
When returning a product, you as customer pay for the shipping cost. The returned product should be unused, well packaged and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Eco From The Past will use the same payment method for refunds as you used for the initial transaction. A refund for the returned item is made after the return has been received and approved. Eco From The Past is not responsible for any shipping damage during return shipment.

If there should be anything wrong with your item, you should make a complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after discovering the defect.
Describe the defect or damage in as much detail as you can, and attach images of the damage. This is to ensure that we can determine your case as accurately as possible. We will then contact you regarding possible compensation or return.
The customer has a 3 year warranty on goods purchased at Eco From The Past according to consumer legislation. Eco From The Past reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it appears that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer legislation.
If a product is harmed during the delivery you need to immediately notify us via email@example.com. When you receive an item, inspect the package carefully before you accept the product. If there is any visible transportation damage, the easiest is to tell this directly to the driver. Ask the driver for a notation on your copy of the waybill.
